The Pilot plan gives one department access to the core alumni directory with profile verification, basic search, and email support. It is limited to 200 alumni and does not include mentorship matching, job boards, or event management. No credit card is required, and there is no time limit — upgrade when you are ready.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. When you upgrade to the Department plan, your directory, verified profiles, and any alumni data carry over automatically. No setup fee is charged for upgrades.
Each department subscription covers one academic department. If your university has multiple departments that want separate networks, each subscribes independently. The Multi-Department plan offers a discounted rate when three or more departments from the same institution subscribe.
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or implementation charges on any plan. The price you see is the price you pay annually. Custom integration work on the University plan is scoped separately.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers for annual subscriptions. Invoices and purchase orders are supported on the Department plan and above. University plans may be paid via net-30 terms.
You retain full ownership of all alumni data at all times. Upon cancellation, you can export all data in CSV or JSON format. After 90 days, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.
